do you charge for quotes?
No. We never charge our customers for the quotes we do or coming out to see you before a bathroom project commences.
Do you do emergency call-outs?
We are able to come out for emergencies whenever possible. However, we do not operate a 24/7 call-out service and emergencies are considered on a case by case situation.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No, we don’t charge a call-out fee. However, should we carry out any work at your property, there is a minimum charge of £30.
Can you source any new fittings and materials?
Yes. We will endeavour to source anything we need to get the job done including purchasing new taps and parts for showers and toilets.
