Do you charge a call out fee?

No, we don’t charge a call out fee. However, should we carry out any work at your property, there is a minimum charge of £30.

Do you do emergency call-outs?

We are able to come out for emergencies whenever possible. However, we do not operate a 24/7 call-out service and emergencies are considered on a case by case situation.
